ive installed 6 units with Andrew during the past 5 years. Installation went great. Now its been a few years and time for service. Called Andrew direct at 818-535-3941. We were given a window of time to wait. So we waited, nobody shows up, no phone calls, no explanation of any kind from Andrew. So we called him back, never pick up. BAD BAD BAD service & unprofessional people.
I have installed 6 LG split units with Andrew. They are good at installation. But AC has problems and called them for service. We were given a window of time to wait for them. We waited, nobody shows up. No phone calls, no explanation. so we called Andrew at 818-535-3941. Never picked up his call. Terrible service.
The CoolMart split ductless AC is loud and disturbs sleep. Not quiet as advertised. The company refuses to accept a return or issue a refund.
