Our loan representative locked us into a 90 day 4.25% interest rate for our manufactured home on February 22, 2022. She confirmed that she understood manufactured home loans. Ninety-three days later, with credit scores above 760, and following our completed appraisal, she stated that the investor doesn’t invest in manufactured homes. When we asked for a refund of our appraisal fee, she ghosted.
