I had a wonderful experience at cool springs modern dentistry. i switched from castle dental who always canceled my appointments and rescheduled for months out. At cool springs modern dentistry i felt like my time was respected and the staff was completely lovely putting all my anxieties at ease especially julie and Dr. melhem. i’m happy to have found a quality dentist.
I went thru the 8 mos to get an implant and it was messed at the last procedure. Now I have to start over with another dentist. And the billing, just a mess. Trying to get full reimbursement for the procedure but has not been easy. I will not be going back there
Everyone here is so nice. Julie always makes me feel comfortable when I come in for my cleanings.
If I could give this place zero stars, I would. They seem more interested in inflating insurance claims than providing honest care. I was told I needed multiple procedures, which didn't seem right—so I got a second opinion. I'm incredibly glad I did because most of what they said turned out to be completely false. The staff was unprofessional, rude, and appeared poorly trained. Save yourself the stress and money and go to a reputable, trustworthy dentist instead.
Julia was amazing! She was so helpful and sweet and she made my experience very soothing. She was quick and provided the best possible service. So grateful for her!
