WILL NEVER GO BACK TO COOL SPRINGS EYECARE THE PRESCRIPTION GIVEN TO ME BY Cool Springs Eyecare ON TWO DIFFERENT OCCASIONS IN A 2 WK PERIOD WERE BOTH WRONG BY ALOT!!!! Re annual exam. Prescription given felt wrong especially since the letters were still fuzzy. Dr insisted blurry was “normal” as long as i could see them. I thought it odd that the exam showed one eye had supposedly improved dramatically in strength than what i currently wore. Not confident, I went back 2 wks later and self pd for another exam to double ck scri... read more
My first time in years to an eye doctor. Everyone made me feel comfortable from arrival to check out. Very thorough in my exam and excellent help in choosing the right frames. Really listens to you when helping guide you about type of lens that will be most comfortable for getting prescription lenses for the first time. Excellent care and extremely nice!!
