Malaurie and Darren are so sweet, considerate and patient! They call you with updates on your vehicle as it’s been prepared which I really appreciate! Even the initial process of signing all the paperwork and everything is always a breeze, especially with Malaurie! The service was professional and one hundred percent diligent in how they not only did excellent work but updated me many times throughout the process. Darren was so helpful in answering my questions, assisting in getting a rental car, and calling with where they were in the repair process. Slight delay because it was felt the paint didn’t match just quite right so it was repainted. My car looked like a new car when completed! Second time I have used Toyota collision and satisfied each time!
I have had unfortunate experiences with my own car. Within 4 months I had separate accidents with both the front end and back end. We took it to Cool Springs Collision in Franklin where Deren was my contact. Let me say that from the front desk to the collision representatives and also the hard working mechanics, both times were an amazing experience.
