Kind of a unique situation here but I just have to brag on this team. I was in a hit & run accident and really didn't know where to start with the process of getting things handled. Darren went above and beyond to answer any question I had and was incredibly responsive, kind, and helpful. I'm from out of state and my insurance ended up requiring me to take it to a different shop. Even then, Darren was still so helpful in coordinating vehicle pickup. Rodgers got us fixed up fast. Couldn't ask for better customer service
I used them for all of my issues until now. I would not recommend after this last experience. Dropped my car off for est 3 weeks of repair after being rearended. This quickly extended without anyone calling to update me. Any timeframe update was initiated by me, and I always got treated like I was wasting her time. I only called a couple of times when rental was expiring because they didn't update the other insurance! On top of that they left my car out in the hailstorm in May, so even more damage to my car.
