I visited Cool Springs Back and Neck for a lower back injury. I called ahead and provided my insurance information and was assured my insurance was accepeted. AFTER the first visit I was informed my insurance had a huge deductable and only covered 80/20 after it was meet. They charged me almost $200.00 for the first visit!
