I would rent here again. I wish the appliances were nicer, but overall it was affordable and a fine temporary place to live.
Very friendly staff! Beautiful apartments with great location.
Lived here for a year in two different of their apartments, I’ll share positives and negatives. Positives: Friendly office staff and excellent maintenance crew- good pricing for the area and nice walkable sidewalks. Negatives: PAPER thin Flooring to ceiling, it was built cheap. You’ll hear your upstairs neighbor someway or another whether walking with their heels/kids rumbling/or the large number of pets being housed on upper floors (I’ve spoken to other tenants and they have the same issue)! Terrible apartment complex. Water damage floors, old bathroom installations. A place that heavily cuts corners. Thin walls. Cheap flooring. Amenities are deteriorating. Complex needs a complete refresh. Can’t compete against nearby apartment complexes. New management is also horrible. Maintenance crew is under appreciated, as they have to deal with all the non stop issues.
