I lived in Cadence for two years and had a tremendous experience. The staff is very professional, friendly, and go out of their way to help you. I had to move my car across country and they were there to help facilitate the key handoff when I wasn’t. I can’t think of many leasing centers that would go above and beyond like that. They also were very responsive and effective on maintenance requests. They completely replaced our dishwasher and microwaves with brand new units, which was awesome.
