I used this company for my AIRBNB units in miami south beach. Each time they visited they added extra issues to the bill that did not seem to exist or were never a problem. It felt like they were looking for ways to overcharge rather than provide honest service. On top of that , my AC broke again just two months after they repair , they did not provide any warranty or stand behind their work. I’ve dealt with a few AC companies during my 11 years in Miami. Cool Solutions has BY FAR been the best for me. They are so responsive and visit quickly. Every time they’ve sent a technician the problem was fixed on the first visit. I can’t recommend them enough.
