We’ve used Cool Masters on 3 occasions in the past 3 weeks and each time we are blown away by their service and attentiveness. Eric is so professional and caring. Worked in the cold for a whole day to fix our pipe, wouldn’t leave till it was done. Chris was also amazing fixing a faucet/pipe issue we had. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Even got the air out of the lines after reconnecting the water. As far as pricing the quote given up front was the perfect ball park for the repairs.
Our two experiences with Cool Masters have been great. Service personnel have communicated their arrival well ahead of time. Upon arrival, they were professional and efficient. They did not leave until they were certain that we totally understood our situation. Cool Masters front office staff are also exceptional. We will be trying out their plumbing repairs today. This week, THEY reached out to ME to make an appointment to come by and do a quality check on their own work!! Talk about impressed!! Couldn't be happier with our experience with Cool Masters. Eric and Chris were great - communicated well ahead of the appointment, arrived on time, and we really appreciated them walking us through everything before they started.
