Cool Masters was offering a special for water heater flushing, which mine needed being old and never serviced before. Chris, the technician, was excellent. He came on time, didn't try to upsell me anything or add on anything, he was very professional and pleasant. He also cleaned up after himself, although he didn't have much to clean up because he was very neat and tidy with the process. Very happy with Cool Masters! I will call them again and highly recommend!
Eduardo was great! Super friendly, on time, and explained everything in a way I could actually understand. Usually I brace myself for the runaround, but this was the opposite — he kept it honest, respectful, and straight to the point. Got the job done quick, left things neat, and made the whole process easy. I’d definitely call for him again.

Excellent communication with the company. They sent me a text with a picture and information about the technician that would be coming. The technician, Eduardo, called 30 before he arrived. He was so professional and kept me informed with each step he took to diagnose and repair my air conditioner. Fair price and I would recommend them to anyone.
