Excellent communication with the company. They sent me a text with a picture and information about the technician that would be coming. The technician, Eduardo, called 30 before he arrived. He was so professional and kept me informed with each step he took to diagnose and repair my air conditioner. Fair price and I would recommend them to anyone. Had work on my house, and the contractor had accidentally hit a plumbing line. Chris Barrett from Cool Masters center out and made things right. Chris was very professional and knowledgeable. I truly appreciate the time Chris took to make sue everything was good before leaving.
I've been using Cool Masters for all of our HVAC needs for 7+ years and just purchased a new Furnace/AC system in 2024. They are always professional and you can't beat the service and responsiveness they continually offer. They stand by their work and put the customer first.
