Eric took excellent care of our problem going above and beyond to keep us in hot water while other work was being done. We're very appreciative of him, a very nice & well informed gentleman. Cool Masters Services serviced my heating & cooling unit and reported significant leakage in the 67 year old unit. No other vendor noticed this despite years of service.
