Cool Masters installed my new system at the end of October and everything went very smoothly. This week, THEY reached out to ME to make an appointment to come by and do a quality check on their own work!! Talk about impressed!! Our two experiences with Cool Masters have been great. Service personnel have communicated their arrival well ahead of time. Upon arrival, they were professional and efficient. They did not leave until they were certain that we totally understood our situation. Cool Masters front office staff are also exceptional. We will be trying out their plumbing repairs today. Coolmasters was doing a repair at my house on behalf of AquaGuard. I couldn’t be at the house during the repair, however, Chris Barrett was as an excellent professional. He called me and explain the job, took his time to evaluate the complete job prior to executing the work plan. Cool Masters was offering a special for water heater flushing, which mine needed being old and never serviced before. Chris, the technician, was excellent. He came on time, didn't try to upsell me anything or add on anything, he was very professional and pleasant. He also cleaned up after himself, although he didn't have much to clean up because he was very neat and tidy with the process. Very happy with Cool Masters! I will call them again and highly recommend!
