We were looking for a new dentist as we just got to the area. Called the office from a referral and got the rudest woman named Jill, she was so condescending it got to the point I asked for her boss…that woman was even worse. I heard such great things about this dentist but if he lets people like that run his front office, I wouldn't imagine it will be for very long. My life has genuinely been ruined by Dr Lachman. I received about 4 fillings from him. 1 deep one. I was told it would take about 6 months to heal and I’m now on 10 months and am still unable to eat anything hard, hot or cold and I was totally fine before getting any of these fills. All I came in for was a mouth guard because I developed anxiety clenching after a car accident and they said they would not do the mouth guard unless I did the fillings. Best dental experience I’ve had in a good twenty years. From the awesome front desk staff, my amazing hygienist Jenna (who froze my face with a light hand and more precision than anyone before her), and Dr Lachman’s honest and skilled opinions, I couldn’t have chosen a better group of professionals to care for my teeth 🦷
Dr Lachman and staff truly care about what's best for you, outline what your options are for every scenario and very suitable for a family. Also, Dr Lachman has some of the steadiest hands in the business and you can't even feel when he puts the freezing needle. Would recommend for anyone.
