Cool bear did a maintenance on my unit and it caused a leak in the ceiling.when i called and asked if they put in writing cool bear would be responsible if their maintenance would cause a leak they never responded or came back for my second maintenance in my contract.I do not recommend them as a good company to do business with.
Excellent company
Cool Bear put in a new Lenox HVAC system in my garage attic 5 year ago. I had repeated problems with the condensate line. The emergency drain pan kept filling up and eventually rusted through. Now I need a new air handler. Lousy service on their part.
Jason Grant my technician was knowledgeable, articulate and fixed the issue. I learned so much about my AC system.
