I had my A.C. installed less than 2 years ago and I called today because it is not working and was told they are going out of business and wouldn't be able to help me. I was happy with the install but I see reviews from a couple months ago so just posting this here to inform everyone of my experience

Update: Unfortunately this company is going out of business after we initially had a good experience. We will see how they will live up to the three years of free maintenance they promised upon purchase of two new Lennox systems. —- Kurtis from Cool Bear was courteous, efficient and enjoyable to talk with during the process of completing the permit inspection for our AC units. He even asked for a broom to sweep up some minor insulation debris that had fallen from the attic. 👍🏼
