The new owners are the worst I've seen come into this cafe location. It is clear that they do not value customer service, maybe because I'm young. Well I'm a paying customer and choose to take my business elsewhere. Also, I forgot my credit card once and they refused to serve me bc I was less than a dollar away from the credit card minimum. The chalk boards are practically illegible and the bonus room has a formidable yellow pole, the color of street paint. Coffee is excellent, baked goods are beyond delicious, and customer service is outstanding. It's part of what gives Bellefonte it's charm; local coffee shop with great people and good coffee. I love Cool Beans!

Cozy and coffee house like atmosphere, but my coffee always tastes watered down no matter what I order. I do appreciate their use of coffee ice cubes though.
