Great service, exceptional food, cozy atmosphere. Love, love this place and grateful they offer fair trade coffees!
Preface: I still enjoy going to Cool Beans, but I am changing my original review (dated 12/2013) of 5 stars to 3 stars as of 3/2017. I am just not impressed with the coffee...even after several attempts. The atmosphere is great, the staff are attentive and friendly, the food is delicious. I just need a good cup of coffee or latte which I expect from a coffee shop and I continue to be let down. Today I wanted a large vanilla latte and I basically have a large cup of warm milk...lack of espresso and foam.
