We recently had issues with our electic heat pump. Cool-Aid co was great, they came out quickly to diagnose the problem. Unfortunately since our system was 16 years old it needed to be replaced. We got estimates quickly for the new air conditioner and heater and had the units installed the next business. The Mark and the other technicians were great. The job was done in a half day.
