We've taken two classes here so far and both were extremely fun. The pasta class made us really want to try our hand at making everything at home. The macaron class gave us a great foundation to start making macarons.
I have taken several classes and really enjoyed them but I recently took the cheese making class and was really disappointed. We made 5 cheeses, we took 3 home and left two there to pick up a few days later. Two of the three cheeses that we brought home did not set up. When my friend went to pick up the other two the cheese was nowhere to be found. I called twice and talked to the secretary but no one could ever offer any answers.
