Learning so many techniques, sampling different cuisines..the chefs are knowledgeable, encouragung and get us hands on, and its so enjoyable! I love it!

This place was AMAZING! Had a great atmosphere. The Chef was so inviting, I loved how he started the evening off with "champaign & cigars" although no cigars, I loved hearing the story behind it. The meal, starting with that bread basket and it's variety to the appitizers and the wine paring..... I honestly couldn't complain. The main dish was what knocked it out of the park for me but then came dessert... Oh and not to forget about the staff! They always had a smile and kept… See more
My husband planned a surprise birthday for me and had Chef Ed and his crew cook and serve a special meal. I can't say enough great things about these folks! Chef Ed worked with my friends, who had brought me to what was supposed to be a "ladies night out" cooking class, and completely played along to act as if we were accidentally late (in order to get me back to the real party!!).
