Real Class Act. Ft. Lauderdale Location displays exceptional customer service. I placed an order online & it was to be directed to this location however, the order was not delivered. Once the location was made aware of the mishap Georgie immediately contacted me and credited my account. For the inconvenience a larger even more beautiful bouquet was delivered than I originally ordered. Their generosity reflects their commitment to servicing the consumer and ensuring a loyal repeat customer.
My two kids and I stopped by for a treat and had the some delicious mint chocolate brownie cookies and a huge chocolate cupcake that tasted amazing!! Can't wait to stop back in for more.
