I️’we ordered many baskets from CBD and always enjoyed the service and decoration, but I️ recently placed an order that took my appreciation to the next level. I️ was picking up a basket for an ill friend and had purchased a few additional items that I️ was going to give him, but figured I️ would need to undo the wrapping to add them and make it look nice again. This place was amazing. I had ordered a large cookie set for my brother's graduation from Marine Corps boot camp, but I was running late. The owner saw it was getting close to closing time for the weekend and reached out to me and let me pick it up after hours. There is no place around here with that kind of customer service!!!!
We tried some Gluten Free cookies the other day and they taste great. My daughter who has Celiac loved that she could get a decorated gluten free sugar cookie that looked just like the regular sugar cookies.
The owner of this store is fabulous! Thank you so much Axel for personally handling my order and making sure it was perfect for a good friend. Since I had one unfortunate experience, this store reached out to me and went over and above to make sure things were just as they should be!

Cookies By Design, and Axel specifically, donated a couple cookie trays, a basket and a giant cookie for a charity event we did at work and they were all incredible! Everyone was awesome to work with and after a short notice, they went above and beyond to help us out! Can't say enough about how great they were to work with!
