I do not agree with the way they do business here, it is always their way or the highway. They are so uncooperative if a customer complains and are never willing to admit if they are wrong. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best.

Their staff is friendly and welcoming. They are so professional and make the whole experience that much better. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if needed. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I've waited longer at other offices. Dr. Cooke has treated my husband over a period of several years and we would not trust any other neurologist for his care.

Did this provider have reasonable prices? Absolutely! Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Does this provider always put the customer first? Yes, they always put customers first Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? No, they were able to provide everything they said they would Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Yes, they are known for being good at what they do

Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude. Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? No, I was always attended to Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional

Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? Yes, I had to reorganize my schedule Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor
