I liked seeing Dr Cooke. He talked to me a lot but it was we found nothing, medicine isn’t working...
Dr. Cooke was OK, but he didn't review test results sent in advance by the referring hospital (including MRIs) until my wife insisted as he was leaving the exam room. But the worst was his assistant Lori. I don't think I have ever been treated as rudely as she treated me when simply asking for help with an FMLA form. Working with the office staff was extremely difficult. Do not go to this office if you like to be treated humanely by the staff. I would avoid it even if Dr. Cooke was a 5 star doc
I have seen this provider years ago, he had results to numerous.. about five MRI's and chose to ignore significant deficits and instead put me on a very high dose of an anti-convulsant. Years later I now have some permanent paralysis and doing a simple google search will show why these issues have effected me so. Also my sister Rhianon Huot left a 1 star review without details, I am sure that's because she was dying from stg 4 cancer that she was repeatedly told was "psychological" and she was treated horribly by staff in th... read more

Was not a pleasant visit. First visit was great. Second visit I guess was all about the dollar. In house staff made mistake with insurance. Said they couldn't paid was asked to leave. Doctor went ahead with examination left with no orders. Office staff called said no problem with insurance. Someone in office confused. Now I.can not get a return call.
Long office waits to see Doctor. No relief after 6 months. No follow-up from Doctor. Will not call back.
Absolutely would not recommend. I spent 2 weeks waiting for him to send my results to my primary doctor, called several times, and received nothing other than a sorry, Dr Cooke is not in the office today. Had to cancel an appointment I drove 6 hours to get to because he would not send the results to my doctor. Extremely dissatisfied.
Impossible to make an appointment. You can't talk to a human being when you call. You go straight into a phone tree, at which point you must leave a message to make an appt. I've waited 2 days and no call back, and I have also called back in a left further messages about twice a day. I'm totally shocked this place operates this poorly.
Extremely rude receptionist. She talks to you like you are an idiot.
