Dr. Cook was GREAT, but my experience with the receptionist was unbearable, if you are not happy with working in the public, don't because you give this Dr office a BAD name!!! Had he NOT been the best in his specialty, we would have gone elsewhere. Most of us are dealing with mental health issues from a loved one or a family member, to have this person be rude does NOT help one bit. We are already beside ourself and we need some one with patience and understanding.

Called today (10/23/2013) to schedule an appointment for my father and the receptionist was extremely rude, with an angry tone, and spoke to me like I am an idiot. I informed her of her behavior and told her I would not be taking my father to her office. If the receptionist is that bad, I don't need to know anything else.
Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in
Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Not at all. They closed early even though they knew I needed help Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality Did this provider rush your appointment? Yes, I felt like an annoyance!
