Watch out if you have Medicare. Their billing department overcharges Medicare, and Tori couldn’t be ruder. Front end staff requests urine deposits from her seat at the front desk, yelled out into the waiting area. She also greets you with “you have an 84$ balance”. A tetanus shot the practice tells you is covered, when indeed it is not. After a call to Medicare, they suggested a modifier to get payment on, and Tori said, when asked to re-submit with a modifier, “for you, no”. And that urine deposit.... was thrown out. My mom has been out of a BP med for a whole week. I have gone through the pharmacy several times because there wasnt a refill. My mother called the office last week and missed the call back from the nurse. I have called this past Monday, Tuesday. I had to call several times today and finally the pharmacy has gotten the prescription. I now have to sit and wait another hour for the prescription. If my mother needed an appt to get this script filled, it seems the office should have called us about that before today🤔
