I have received excellent care from Dr. Duff. She is caring, knowledgeable, and an excellent listener. Her advice and care has been excellent, and I am grateful to have been her patient.
Abandoned her practice and her patients.
Dr. Duff just dropped me as a patient with zero warning. If it’s true that the BC Collage of Physicians had something to do with this then that is absolutely sickening.
If I could, this clinic and their doctors would get 0 stars. Myself and my entire family were dropped as patients mid summer without warning. Doctor Duff didn't even have the curtesy to call her patients. She had her receptionist send an email saying that we were no longer patients of Doctor Duff and not to reply to the email! Terribly inconsiderate and unprofessional. I was dropped in the midst of changing anti psychotic medications to treat bipolar. Apparently the College of BC physicians has told the doctors at this place to get rid of their patients. Or is this just an excuse?
