The ladys in the office are always positive and supportive. Your needs are always seen first. Very welcoming. Dr. Waterman is my family doctor. I have the upmost respect for him and the team. Much love and respect.
I have yet to actually GO to the clinic, but my son has been awaiting a pediatric appointment there for a while. They had to reschedule once due to flooding, and the person on the phone was very nice and apologetic. However, the day before the rescheduled appointment I received an email informing me that it had been rescheduled for the following week (when we will be away). I called to let them know that we wouldn't be here and also that I didn't appreciate receiving an email 24 hours prior to the appointment without any jus... read more

No longer a walk in clinic! Sign posted on the door but I could not find any info about it online. Hoping to leave this review to save someone else a trip all the way to the location so see the sign in the window..:)
Not professional. Extremely rude reception staff.
