Chocolate fudge malt n fries, nuff said. Edit: They answered! Good job, marketing and customer success people at Cookout. This is great business management! Now please, redo how you run your inside operations so it's easier for your staff to run the place.
CookOut downtown Birmingham is better than the one on Lakeshore. The workers downtown actually care about food presentation. I can't tell you how many times I've ordered the white cheddar bites there and they were always perfect. Good size and hot and ooey gooey. Yum! But I have ordered the same ones from the location on Lakeshore and they were small, brittle and hard. I've had to go back and ask for them to correct it. And I live in Homewood ya'll but have to make the trip downtown to get better food!
Cheap quick in and out place to eat. Limited seating. Open late. Good food on a budget.
