Cashier was rude...and didnt get my order correct
Was told to go to first window, get to the window was told I had to go to lane 1. Asked why not very busy and she just shut the windows on me. I went inside employee stayed on the phone while I waited at cash register. After 5 mins she comes over and takes my order. Customer service is about the worst I've ever experienced
I recently visited Cookout on Dorchester Rd in North Charleston and had a disappointing experience. There was a young man named Yency who was very rude. When I informed him that my order was incorrect, he refused to fix it. I then requested a refund, but he still declined and abruptly slammed the window after stating he would not issue a refund.
