Shame and shoutout to Cookout everything tasted good except the quesadilla. They smelled weird. 3 cheeseburgers and 1 hamburger. All delicious. I ordered doubled double servings of sides. Tell me, does this look like double helping to you? To me its...NO!
My friend and her two daughters were eating in on 4/8/2026. They were the only ppl in the restaurant when her daughter left her wallet on the counter. As soon as she realized that she didn't have it, she went to the counter and it was gone. Nobody would help locate the wallet, and it was all on camera. Police were called and they said they were going to get back to her as soon as they are able to review the film. Great food, many options! Friendly staff and quick service!!
Constantly giving chances to this location but they lack so much. Forgotten my items multiple times. My entrees, my sides, drinks, sauces. Maybe better training would fix this.
