Cookout is my favorite restaurant but I the employees and managers in cook out is so rude and disrespectful I highly do not recommend going to this cookout find a different location to get food from this one is very unprofessional and disrespectful
Parking lot sucks
After coming here three or four times now, I’m officially giving up on this location. Never ONCE have I received my order and had it be correct. Also, I don’t need people to be overly nice to me, but I would appreciate some acknowledgement that I exist. Every time I have to correct my order (which is, may I remind you, every time I’ve ordered there) they literally don’t even speak to me they just take the item and leave.
