First of all, this is the second time I’ve gone to this location and been given a cup of warm soda with no ice, which is disgusting and a theft of my money point blank. Secondly, they need to install a modern screen that lets the customer read their order because THEY CANNOT HEAR. A weird chicken sandwich when I couldn’t have been more clear that I wanted a QUESADILLA tray. Awful customer experience, awful place.
This location is not my favorite but it is convenient when I’m stopping for food after school. The speaker is busted and makes ordering stressful. The humming/static is so loud that I can barely hear them speak. I had to keep asking her to repeat what she said, and I can hear her growing agitated with me. I get it but it’s not my fault that the equipment is faulty. When I got my food, I saw 3 cheese bites. Like…are you kidding me? All that stress and I just got 3! I can say that I will not be returning after today’s visit.
Was told to park in a handicap spot for 5 minutes to wait for our food when a whole line had came and gone we were still waiting and someone had came out asking what we had AFTER we asked how long our top would take this is very unprofessional to be forgotten about and this is supposed to be fast food ! If I could it would be zero stars!
The girl working the window was so rude because she couldn’t hear us over the wind. Ended up not putting a single ice cube in any of our drinks… Had to wait 10+ mins for our food and asked us to back up behind the yellow pole for her timer (cheating the metrics). The people behind us were getting annoyed because we had to sit behind the window.
