The drive-through speaker wasn’t working correctly so it was very hard to hear. They also gave me the wrong order. I asked for a tray with 2 hotdogs and a double order of the cheddar bites and instead I got a tray with a burger, chicken nuggets and cheddar bites. The whole process was very rushed and the workers looked like they were trying to give out orders as fast as possible and I believe that’s what led to this mistake. I absolutely hate giving bad reviews, but this last one after multiple visits gone not too great, I feel it's time I did. Pros: shakes are good Cons: very slow, food is cold, employee may pay for something on your card for themselves. I've specified ice water cup multiple times, but get a bottled water each time and have to pay the price for it without being given a chance to tell them through the window something is wrong. This Cookout deserves 5 stars. Cajun fries nice and crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Fried cheese bites made to perfection.
