Needless to say I am disappointed. I work in this city alot. And everywhere I go. I eat cookout if I cant get a home cooked meal. Its fair price and great food. Ive rarely had any issues with the cookout chain. I dont know what has happened in the last few months but this specific location needs whole new magement. (Yes I defended myself against this foul attitude and customer service and I would again and stand ten toes down) This was, without question, one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The young woman with the long red braids was one of the most unprofessional fast food employees I’ve ever encountered. Instead of taking accountability for repeatedly making our order incorrectly, she became hostile, cursed at me, yelled across the restaurant in front of other customers, and even threatened to fight me. The worst Cook Out I've ever had. The microphone was almost impossible to hear, when I asked the employee to repeat himself he just moved on to the next question, and the whole order was wrong, to include wrong toppings on a burger and an entire missing chicken sandwich. Awful all around.
