I've only eaten at this Cookout twice and I will not be back. Once right after they opened and again on 9/24/2025. I have 5 kids, so I had a big order. The girl on headset sounded super annoyed, but as I was ordering the 4th tray she snapped at me and wanted to have an attitude and say that I only ordered a sm cheeseburger and it doesn't come with sides because I didn't order the tray. ?? Had the Cookout style double bacon burger was really good and customer service was great and friendly
Can’t ever go wrong with a Cookout tray and a big sweet tea!
The service was great and fast but the food was definitely super basic. The best thing my family had was the milkshake. I mean you get what you pay for with this particular restaurant. No matter the location. However the staff at the Knightdale location were quick, efficient and friendly! They should be recognized for that!
Fiancé got food poisoning 9/16/2025 and has spent all night in the bathroom!
