Ordered a cajun chicken wrap but they put bacon wrap on the receipt and gave me a bacon wrap which isnt what i wanted. The other ordered 2 chicken quesadillas which shows correctly on the receipt but was given beef quesadillas instead.
Great place
I went to the drive thru and ordered a crispy chicken sandwich combo, 4 crispy ranch wraps and 2 cheddars bites and ask the lady twice to make sure my cheddar bite where there since it was a good about of food. The lady said yes I drove off and there was food missing. Mind you I live in Calera AL and I always double check when I order from a place further away. This really had me disappointed. I love cookout but terrible experience
