I was getting the run around with other dealerships looking for a truck. I came here to Cook Auto Sales and Doug was able to get my family and I in a truck that suited our needs. This was the most easy going, honest and friendly auto sales place I’ve been to that didn’t want to play games with me and actually wanted to help get my family and I in the vehicle we needed.
The sales people here were personable but that is not what makes a good dealership. i purchased a 2019 nissan sentra april 2023 and have been having issue with the car starting off and on for the past year. I called Cooke and they only referred me to my warranty. They are personable but i see that others have had issues with cars that have not been properly inspected before being sold and the same has happened to me. I would be cautious and go to a more reputable place. Will not be shopping here for my next car purchase.

I purchased a 2021 Toyota Tacoma about 1 1/2 years ago from here. All seemed well at first. Vehicle sat for 10 months, covered in a garage while I was on deployment. Only started driving it again the last few months. Weird things started happening here and there, some sensors going bad randomly. Recently, every light on the dash was lit, and the vehicle was no longer able to be driven. When you go up there ask for Doug he will get you right. He definitely worked with me and that Hemi he got me in ain't no joke!
