Had 2 wisdom teeth removed with zero, yes ZERO pain. And he played Cristian music!
I thought I was going to have to wait for 6 weeks to get the dead tooth removed. But my dentist's office contacted Dr. Cook this morning and I had an appointment this afternoon. The tooth is out and I hope to be pain free once I recover from the surgery to remove the tooth. Do have stitches and novacaine wearing off, so am in some pain at the moment. Dr. Cook is such a personable man and knows what he is doing and explains everything to you. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing an oral surgeon.

Got my wisdom teeth pulled yesterday and woke up to a broken phone AND necklace! The nurse said she'd talk with the doctor and someone would call but of course they never did! So I called today and they blamed my best friend for the phone when she NEVER had it and WASN'T in the room when I had my surgery. They also said there was no evidence that I had a necklace on even though the doctor said "I'm going to tape this to your necklace"! Would recommend dr cook for anyone needing oral surgery. Just over 3 weeks having tooth 7 pulled and healing well. Will be glad to get implant in later this year.
I went for a wisdom teeth removal consultation with Dr Cook and unfortunately due to insurance reasons have to go somewhere else for the removal, however I have been to a lot of consultations and Dr Cook has hands down been my favorite doctor and office. The waiting room is calm and quiet, the staff is friendly and Doctor Cook was amazingly thorough in his explanation of the procedure, plus the consultation was free unlike most offices. I would highly recommend him.
Dr. Cook has got to be the most caring and considerate oral surgeon on the planet. I had gone to a well established group of ENT's in Louisville who could not help me (and would not listen to me). I was suffering from a gross infection in my jaw and sinuses , caused by an attempt at dental implants by U. of L. Dental School. (Fyi- would not go there for anything more than a filling).
