I love this office. from the time I walked in the door till the time I walked out which was not long, I was kept well informed, treated with respect. Kept comfortable. I have a fear of dentist because of treatment I received as a child. I was relaxed the whole time while in Dr Cook and his staff's care. The only complaint I could have is the wait it take to get an appointment, both times It took me 2 month's. The care I received in this office no wonder it takes so long to get in. Worth the wait. I was referred to Dr. Cook to confirm that I needed to have an extraction due to having infection in the bottom of the tooth. I waited several months before returning to have the tooth extracted. Upon returning for the appointment I questioned why the tooth had to come out since it is not bothering me, Dr. Cook said I did not have to. He said it could start bothering me at any time or maybe never. He gave me a prescription for an antibiotic if it does start bothering me, which may or may not help. I would give this office 4 out of 5 stars! Dr. Cook's office is so clean and you are in and out fast no matter if you are there for a consultation or tooth removal. Dr. Cook and his dental assistants were so unbelievably kind and answered every question I had. I highly recommend this office if you need your wisdom teeth removed. The only complaint I have was the two receptionist were not very kind. I was referred to Dr. Cook to have 2 teeth extracted and he did an amazing job! My husband was even impressed by his work. Quick and very caring staff, I would highly recommend Dr. Cook to anyone needing dental surgery. 5 stars
I cannot say enough good about Dr Cook and his staff . He and his staff are so personable happy and always willing to help whether it be answering questions easing your mind before a procedure or what have you. He has removed The wisdom teeth from all three of our kids every one of them had a great experience believe it or not just because the environment there is so upbeat and happy.
