Dr. Cook took much time and care when expplaining my issue. He has helped me get back to life quickly and reducing my pain and suffering.
Dr. Cook performed a miracle for me. He replaced both of my knees at the same time and now I'm on my way to a fuller more active life. It took me a while to agree to the surgeries but now that it's over I wonder why I waited so long to proceed with the procedures. Dr. Cook is truly a master at what he does. I'll always be grateful to him.
He did the repair on my Rotator Cuff and explained the whole procedure and took his time to make sure I understood about the surgery and recovery. He is an Excellent Doctor. I am going to see him today for my knees. If I need knee replacement he will be the only surgeon for me. I would never go elsewhere. Recommend him to family & friends.
Dr. Cook replaced both of my hips over 2 years ago. There were no complications and recovery was excellent. I would only go to Dr. Cook for any orthopedic matters. He is efficient, precise in what he does and takes his time with his patients.
Excellent bedside manner after I fractured my ankle mountain biking. He was very clear about his plans before and after the surgery, answered all my questions as I thought of them. Very pleasant to speak to, treated very well and demonstrate true concern for my welfare.
Very qualified, very kind, very thorough - cares about you. He has great bedside manner. Don't find that much these days.
Excellent Doctor. I would never go elsewhere. Recommend him to family & friends. The rating of a 3 on various websites should be ignored.
I will not be using this orthopedic doctor again. I've been 3 times and today I had a 9:30 appointment and left the office at 1:25pm. Every time I have gone I have waited a bare minimum of 2 hours, today was the longest and last. If he was a top notch orthopedic doctor maybe I could see those waiting times, but he is hang on average at best.
Would not recommend after waiting 30 minutes in the exam room I stuck my head out to ask if they forgot about me. The response I received from the staff was shockingly, NO A total of one hour and 20 minutes wait time in the exam room. UNACCEPTABLE!!!! No apology from Dr Coik, no acknowledgement of his tardiness whatsoever I honestly believe that he was not there for me, I felt as though I was tapping into his lunch hour time.
