Where do I begin, I am a NEMT provider and Mrs. June and Jane are always polite and very professional if she can’t do it it can’t be done!!! I’m honestly requesting her to give me a class course in being so patient and staying calm. Love it here
2 years ago I called and spoke with an agent for a quote, they never called me back. Today I called because a carrier with whom I currently have coverage listed Cook as an agent for them. June at Cook told me they didn't represent that carrier anymore and then just said, "good bye." No attempt to see if I'd like to move my business to a carrier they handled, no conversation, just "good bye." If other reviewers are getting good service from June, good for them.
