I am very disappointed with the level of professionalism that her staff has provided. I have been waiting weeks for a cost schedule for procedures and appointment to begin those procedures. They could not provide that information to me at the initial office visit and were to call me the following day. I have been unable to reach anyone by phone and have left several messages. Dr. Cook and staff are excellent at customer service and patient education. They are passionate about dentistry and their caring attitude is evidenced from check in to check out.
My kids where seen in this office and they where very unprofessional they where brought in by my oldest daughter an when they left she said that they were talking about my kids and making them feel bad about their teeth I wasn't able 2 go in the office and confront them because of how I work so I'm posting this to let people know this is how they operate and they will be seeing me ASAP I don't play about my kids especially at the ages of 5 & 8. Agitated and pissed off mom.
I have been battling head pain for quite some time. Saw Dr Cook and just a few minutes with her and she knew excatly what the issue was. I tried other dentist who disnt listen to me and Dr Cook listened!! She took her time to help me and understand what can help fix my teeth!! Thank you so very much!!
