The Dentist and Hygienic do such a great job. Office staff at one time was good. I have had several problems with the office manager and office staff. They don't answer the phone when calling to make, cancel, or reschedule an appointment. When I left several messages requesting the office staff to return my call. Just to confirm that my messages was received since office does charge a no show Fee. I never received a call back & no one left me a message acknowledging my call. I had a terrible experience here. I had a root canal done that only lasted a year. I called the office and explained my issue, and was told I would receive a call back. I have yet to receive a call back and have called multiple times and no one has answered the phone!! Save your money!!!

I lost a filling and they were able to get me in the day after I called them. And filled my tooth right away. The dentist was very nice and even made me laugh a few times. She is very special. So happy they take my insurance!
They are very professionally!! Customer service is awesome!
I actually look forward to going to Cook Dental. Dr. Cook’s staff is amazing, no matter their specialty. Going to the dentist can be a harrowing experience. Dr. Cook and her staff can put one at ease and keep it so. Caring, compassionate, efficient.
