RecommendedHaving never been to a chiropractor before, I had severe lower back pain. I called and was seen the same day. I had several issues, and after 5 visits I am nearly 100% pain-free. Staff is very friendly and attentive. Dr. Combs is fantastic! Very personable, caring and knowledgeable. Have not experienced excessive wait time. Big thumbs up!
We really love Dr. Combs and have no complaints with the expertise of the services provided, but the wait time is excessive. Nearly every time we had an appointment for our son, we waited at least 20 minutes before being called back to be seen. Then, we'd wait another 30-45 minutes in the exam room. Having a 4:30 appointment and not being seen until 5:30 on at least four occasions is not respectful of our time. I had to wait 1 1/2 hours on one occasion. Dr.Cook is a 5 star chiropractor who first listens, then treats with a confidence of experience. I would highly recommend anyone with pain or discomfort to see him and his team quickly!
My family has been patients here for awhile. Very thankful for them.
