Sucks as bad as the Downtown location.
Wound was not stitched correctly and we ended up at Cooks downtown ER. Wound care specialist had to remove stitches that were only 24 hours old. Infection had started. Doctor said stitches were put in all wrong and too tight. Won’t be going there again. Will use either downtown or Urgent Care on Precinct Line from now on
Well here we are again at the urgent care. Nobody else is here waiting to see a doctor. Apparently your supposed to check in online in order to see them👎🏿. IDK WHO CAME UP WITH THIS BUT ITS BAD FOR BUSINESS!! ANY ER OR URGENT CARE ARE SUPPOSED TO BE WALK READY‼️ HELL YEA I AM MAD THAT I HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL 11:40am for my kids to possible be seen by a Doctor. I’m always impressed with the level of care when we go to the Urgent Care facility. No matter the time. My child’s care is important to me and they make me feel like it is to them too. ❤️
Love all of our physicians with Cook Children’s. More than worth the 6 hour trip we make each way. Quality of care is excellent
So kind and understanding. Always a good experience and kids are well cared for.
In & out! Very nice to us & didn't send us to the ER for a gash in my kids' toe like the previous urgent care did. I'll be back!
