When I was pregnant with my oldest daughter, I scheduled an appointment with Dr Daniels to meet him and to decide on a pediatrician. The instant I met him, I liked him and he has been my daughter's physician since the beginning. He is kind and patient and he never made me feel silly with all of my "new mom" questions. The office staff and nurses promptly help when I call with a question or concern. If I have to leave a message for a nurse, my call is returned quickly. Dr. Joeki is an absolute crook and pads his patients bills. I took my son for a sports physical. On the forms, I checked the box that he has asthma. His asthma is a non-issue really but wanted him to know because I thought he was going to be our Doctor. He ran all sorts of tests for asthma and charged us a "sick visit". If my kid was allergic to penicillin, would he have run a full allergy test? If I told him he had diabetes, would he have ran blood tests? It's absolutely ridiculous. STAY AWAY THEY ARE UNETHICAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They knew they could not see my child due to his age (two weeks old). We were tricked all the way to the doctors office where she told us she could not see him but they charged us $300 anyways.
The new audio dr is rude. I am 17 not 5. Treat me like it. Ive had hearing aids since 4 this isnt new. Megan was alot better than this new one. Just because im deaf does not mean im stupid. I will not go back.
I unfortunately had to bring my son here last year when he broke his leg. They are very thorough. He healed very well! I hope we don't need their services any time soon, but if we do, they're my go-to!
This office gets their patients in on short notice, they are genuine and truly care about their patients. We love Dr. Mann and his nurse practitioner Rose. They go above and beyond. The front staff is also amazing and very helpful. If you need a pediatric office that cares... Pick Cook's!!! They even saw us in the hospital when we just delivered, all the doctors at this office are great!
