My children have been going to Dr. Mann and his NP Rose since they were infants. Dr. Mann has won countless Top Doctor/ Dr. Of the Year awards for a reason...he and his staff truly love and adore their patients. Their level of care is unmatched. If I could give less than 1 star I would. Dr. Mann himself is a good doctor but his nurse Rose is terrible. Every time I bring my daughter in sick all she says is it's viral.. every single time! Nothing they can do. I had to reschedule multiple times causes I'm a single mother that also has a older daughter so it shouldn't be a problem when I ask to reschedule, especially just so they can say my daughter is sick with something viral and their isn't anything they can do.. so all they want me to do is keep the appointment so I... read more
