My son has been seeing Dr. Terk since he was born and my daughter sees Dr. Terrell ( because she is a female physician and with my daughter being older, she felt more comfortable seeing a female doctor ) Nonetheless, both docs are amazing! Very knowledgeable, hospitable and most importantly to me: accommodating!! I can always call and expect to be seen if I need to. Their nurses are always happy to help. Staff were great, the waiting room was far to warm
I can’t say enough great things about this office and the staff! The doctors are amazing and the nurses. I’m glad I made the choice to start bringing my kiddos here! We specifically see dr. Matlock, and I can’t tell you how amazing she is with my boys!
We have been with Cook Children's from the beginning. Our pediatrician, Dr. Sara Garza is amazing!! We are lucky to have her as a health care provider for our children. She is very knowledgable, provides great education, is receptive, and interacts on a personal level with our child and us. Any time we have run into her outside of the clinic environment she always has approached our children to say hello.
We had the worst experience at this office. We were new patients (just moved here) & they made us feel so inferior & like my child didn’t matter. The doctor didn’t listen & made us feel very rushed. {first visit}. The office manager called to apologize after this visit which was a nice touch. The second visit, we saw our actual chosen doctor & she was nice enough, but we still didn’t feel like we got a very personal experience. My daughters have been with Dr Garza since they were born! She is the absolute BEST doctor ever. She is so patient and kind. She is also so THOROUGH!! We never leave feeling like our questions were not answered. She takes the time to really get to know and remember her patients. If I bring one daughter in for something she always asks about how the other daughter is doing. She even remembers things from when they were babies. friendly receptionist staffs. but I wish that any medical staffs can be more patient and nicer with young kids like this video. our last experience of vaccination shots was bad since the nurse wasn't patient enough, she tried to shot immediately to finish her task. it was just 3mins the nurse worked with us but we had to wait 25 mins to meet her. anyway, our doctor is kind and nice, that is only reason I still visit them. https://www.facebook.com/1286713197/posts/10215701913882650/
