The staff at Cook Children's in Bedford is simply the best. Nurses always return your phone calls within an hour (usually half an hour) and they have patience and help no matter how silly you think the concern may be. As a first-time mom, I have been reaffirmed in trusting my instincts when something with my son just doesn't seem right and the doctors work to come up with any option to help ease your child's discomfort.
