Great staff of doctors and nurses
If you're looking for a competent, compassionate physician then do not go here. They rotate through doctors like a local, ocean front restaurant rotates through wait staff in the summer. I had a great relationship with Dr. Prenatt, but since he moved this place has been nothing but a revolving door. I have since moved to a location that is truly a God send. Do yourself a favor and find another practice.
I recently moved to the area and tried Dr. Coates as my family physician. Dr. Coates is a competent and professional doctor and I liked her very much. However, the front office is completely indifferent to patients. Recently I picked up a nasty virus and had to visit an urgent care facility. Five days later after taking all prescribed medication, I was no better and called for an appointment with Dr. Coates.
