Dr McCaron was kind and reassuring. But you can't get return calls and they admit they saw the message just didn't call. Had to get Administrator to assist finally after 4 days of Hell and no help from the office staff or nurses. Now going thru the same issue again. The dr says no problem call and his nurse will help, but she is the one not returning calls! Very unhappy ! I guess going to Little Rock� But glad to see it's not just me after reading social media and talking to people waiting in the waiting room.
Good doctors little slow at times but they get the job done
I have no complaints about the friendliness of the staff, my care, treatments, my doctor or my surgeries. Sometimes the waits are long, but I don't mind too much because all my needs are met with what I think is some of the best care you can receive. Sometimes things get a little confusing on scheduling if you call in and everyone isn't in the same date. It happens...
The staff was friendly easy to talk to. They were real busy. I was in there about an hour and a half. I don't think there is any other place to go to in Conway. I had a good visit.
Incomplete review at this time because it was an initial visit. Everyone was nice but it took an absurdly long time to be seen. I suppose if my problem is rectified I'll forget all about the wait time.
Went to see Dr McClendon to get my toe nail cut out didn't feel a thing great staff
I have had 3 surgeries and all have turned out well. The staff is wonderful, and Dr. Smith is very professional and excellent at what he does.
Dr Roberts and his Nurse and the rest of the staff I dealt with were fantastic. Each were outstanding in their fields! Just wish my situation was better.
