I was there for a while but I expected that, since I was a new patient. Check in, my nurse, xray techs and Dr. Dodge, were all great! They were very nice, listened to me and explained things well. I am only doing P.T. at the moment but will most likely be having surgery with Dr. Dodge in the near future. Looking forward to my follow-up!
Much too large to operate efficiently. The doctor's are nice enough but the nurses are rude and don't return patient phone calls. Don't even get me started on billing. I have tried to contact someone in billing at all different types of business hours and it always goes to voicemail and I never receive a call back. Also, don't rely on them to correctly document anything you speak with them about over the phone, most of the times it just gets "left out" of the file. I'm 71 and was an avid runner in my 30's and 40's, which I'm paying for now. My right knee was the worst and was able to see Dr Ghromley about it. After some conservative treatments including injections we decided it was time for a full knee replacement. Surgery went well and I was walking a mile with only a cane to stabilize me after 2 weeks. Amazing staff, didn't hurt at all, overall amazing place to go and people to talk to .
I've had carpal tunnel in my hands for many many years. Was very skeptical about having surgery on my dominant hand first and then in 6 weeks having it on my left hand. Dr. Howell did my surgery on my right hand 3 weeks ago. He did a phenomenal job. I am pain free in my right hand and it no longer gets numb. Him and his staff are very kind and made sure that I was comfortable in everything step of the way. I absolutely would recommend them to anybody that's needing orthopedic services.
They are very nice and compassionate. Everyone is so nice! Nurses are great and I use Dr Howell and he is awesome!
I tripped and fell and fractured my right knee. It's a great place to go.
Dr. Scott Smith, and his nurses are amazing. He has listened to me with every problem I've had, and I appreciate everything he and his nurse Karen do! Just had my first surgery yesterday, and so far so good.
