We love living here its nice, clean, quite, and safe. The only problem is the floors are too thin between the apartments. They need updated playground gear with picnic tables out in the gril area. We live on the bottom and we hear everything, I am absolutly everything that is happpening up stairs. Other than that, its a great place to live.
We have lived here for 3 years now and still love it here. We feel safe and the rent is reasonable. When we have a problem we just check in the rental office and chat with Lexi, she seems to be able to fix everything for us. I would recommend Conway Gardens to anyone looking for an apartment. And Brenda, Georgia, Merlin and the rest of the maintenance people are great.
We moved here in June from Pa. Everyone from office staff to maintenance people are so nice. They have really listened to our needs as a family with 2 boys!!!! The pool and play ground are nice and the complex is kept clean!!!!
Very nice staff and lots of space for a good price! Any issues are dealt with swiftly and accordingly!
Staff is always friendly and very helpful. They never pass you without saying hello and knkwing who you are. Any.maintenace problems are quickly taken care of. Only thing bad is PARKING SUCKS if you work late. Can't find a parking spot.
Quiet, relaxing and friendly and always the apartments are taking care of. The staff is also friendly. This is the best place for my family to live. Come and enjoy Conway Gardens
Great apartment. Lived here for five years and it is totally a great place. Office and maintenance personnel are really great folks
