It's been great aside from some VERY minor issues with the apartment itself. It's a very quiet complex, haven't heard much from our neighbors whatsoever, it's a decently located area, the staff members we've worked with have been amazing, it's extremely clean & well taken care of & the apartment is very nice overall. The apartment has a few extremely minor issues that I feel like shouldn't be issues when moving in on day 1, BUT they're super easily fixable, & that's also what maintenance is on site for. Terrible for how much it is. Paper thin walls (and ceiling if you’re on the bottom floor). Better get used to ear plugs if you want to sleep. Don’t put your rent check in the office drop box cause they for real just tried to tell me it wasn’t dropped off until 2 days after I dropped it off. Turning it into a late fee.
We have lived here for 2 years, the most unprofessional, worst customer service, worst place to live ever, the apartment are infected with roaches, they will tell you that you'll have a parking space, but you won't, specially during the weekends, there literally no parking space, like zero, nothing to park your car, so you'll gonna have to park on the grass, only for them to call the toll truck and get you to pay $200 + per day. The office staff and the maintain staff are helpful and always ready to help. The apartments are great and the grounds are always neat and well kept. The people who live here are nice.
My Husband and I have lived here going on 10 Years. We have been in the same apartment for 10 years. Our Neighbors in the building are just wonderful, it's like a Family, We look out for one another. The Office & Maintenance Staff is the Finest. They are Very Friendly and if there are any issues, it will be taken care of within the day, emergencies - immediately!!!! I LOVE IT!!
This place SUCKS! By all means live there if you enjoy the following... Roaches, water bugs, snakes in the foyer, mold, no parking and creaky floors above you. Have fun!
We have lived here for almost 4 years and we are VERY happy with everything about Conway Garden Apartments. The office staff has taken every action needed to correct any issues we have had. We recently had a plumbing problem and Holly took immediate action to insure it was resolved right away The maintenance and cleanining staff go above and beyond to ensure the common and building areas are clean and well maintained, daily.
