Bought a warranty when we bought our vehicle. That was huge mistake. We never received any documentation showing what's covered. Now we have an issue. We called Conway Ford to inquiry about our issue, we were told we had take our vehicle to Sparks Toyota to get a diagnostic run to see if it's covered. We have to pay Sparks the diagnostic fee even though we were told to always bring back to Conway Ford. There wouldn't be a fee. WARRANTY IS A RIP OFF.

Excellent experience with Conway Ford in Conway when ordering my 2024 Mustang GT.. Since delivery, I had my vehicle service twice for routine oil changes and my most recent recall. Each and every service was impeccable and in a timely manner. My services were handled as though I just purchased my vehicle. Job well done by Eric , Wendy and Mitchell.
