Friendly service Good appointment system online. Good deal on 75K service but I was suggested recommended repairs which came over 1100. Labor was not expensive but parts were.
Helpful Service I found a coupon in the Smart Yellow Pages for Convoy Auto Repair and I decided to take my car there. Before I trust an auto shop with my vehicle I will check out the site myself. They were a little rushed with me while I was there, but I think they were running behind on some work. I still got the information I needed and they were somewhat helpful. Not a bad experience and I would definately go back again.
not the best experience when I got a flat tire...service was slow and it ended up being pricier than need be (guess I shouldn't have been a tourist!)

Fantastic service. I visited the shop to get a regular vehicle maintenance because I found a great coupon in the Smart Yellow Pages. Also to get a noise checked out that I had discovered. They were very quick to give me a response on what was wrong with my car. When they told me I needed to replace my front rotors and brake pads, I did not have enough money to cover it, so they did everything possible to make it affordable for me, included other coupons they were aware of and discounts where available. Very good general automotive shop for everything from oil changes to brakes, to general maintainance. They are AAA approved, a member of the better business bureau which is how I found them initially and is very important to me. You can drop your car off in the morning and they will even give you a ride to work. From my experiences with them, they have always been honest and reasonably priced.
